Survey on Career Paths and Training Needs for the Plumbing Industry

The MPMSAA is involved in a project committee to look at the training needs and impediments to training beyond the apprenticeship programs for plumbing and specialist areas.   The committee is focusing on: who pays for this training; national licensing consistency and ongoing training needs within the industry.

The committee is interested in hearing thoughts and opinions via a survey on Career Paths and Training Needs for the Plumbing Industry including issues such as: what kind of training would help your business, what are the current training challenges in becoming a licensed contractor or design consultant and should ongoing professional development be a requirement in the plumbing industry.

This is your chance to be heard at the national level!
